Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy sessions through various means—audio/video calls, online journals, and goal tracking tools—tailoring your approach to fit each client's unique situation.

• Utilize our integrated platform to document client progress and maintain up-to-date records, while adhering to ethical and clinical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in team collaboration and accessing resources from our extensive network of over 10,000 therapists.

• Foster a supportive environment where clients can express their thoughts and experiences while working from a strength-based perspective.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, and grief counseling. Importantly, our platform avoids severe cases or child-related issues, allowing you to work within your area of expertise and comfort.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A valid and current state license in Washington, acceptably as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methods is highly desirable.

• Prior experience working with clients on low-acuity mental health issues will be considered a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Restored Visions offers a competitive salary range annually between USD 115,000 and 130,000 depending on your clinical caseload. You will receive weekly direct deposits and health insurance benefits tailored for full-time counselors.
