Business Development Coordinator

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support strategic business development initiatives across its U.S. offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a business development professional with law firm litigation experience who enjoys partnering with attorneys to drive client development and practice growth. Responsibilities Support litigation-focused business development and client development initiatives Prepare client pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and marketing materials Conduct competitive intelligence, market research, and business development analysis Track litigation matters, attorney experience, and representative cases Maintain attorney biographies, experience databases, and business development collateral Coordinate legal directory and ranking submissions Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities Collaborate with attorneys, marketing leadership, and cross-functional teams on firmwide initiatives Improve internal business development processes and tracking systems Requirements 2+ years of business development experience in a law firm or professional services environment Experience supporting litigation practices with a strong understanding of the litigation process Background in client pitches, proposals, RFPs, competitive intelligence, rankings, and business research Strong analytical, research, writing, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM and business development technologies are a plus Bachelor\'s degree preferred Ability to work hybrid from the Washington, DC office at least two days per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
