Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a professional and supportive environment for clients.

• Perform thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that are dynamic and responsive to their progress.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to assist clients in developing effective coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and improved communication.

• Regularly document client progress while minimizing paperwork, allowing you to focus more on patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active, independent state licensure as either LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, allowing for meaningful connections with clients.
\n
• Proficient computer literacy, with a dependable and stable Wi-Fi connection for telehealth services.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in conducting virtual counseling sessions and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• Experience working with diverse populations and dealing with a range of mental health issues.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with hours worked.
