Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans integrating therapeutic approaches specific to each client's needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally responsive methods to engage clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to provide comprehensive care when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of related experience in mental health counseling.

• In-depth knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy, utilizing an inclusive and culturally sensitive approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and educational background.
