Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, manage, and implement individualized support packages to assist clients in overcoming barriers and dependencies.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to assess their current mental health conditions, needs, strengths, and weaknesses.
\n
• Develop tailored, measurable goals for each case and ensure progress is monitored and modified as necessary.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention in emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance during sessions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records regarding clients’ progress and treatment plans, adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
\n
• Attend team case conferences, presenting findings and evidence to contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
\n
• Act as a key coordinating professional for clients, collaborating with various community agencies and services for comprehensive support.

• Facilitate referrals to additional community services or specialists to ensure clients receive comprehensive care aligned with their recovery goals.

You will work primarily with clients facing significant life challenges, including mental health crises, familial issues, and trauma-related concerns. Your expertise will help these individuals navigate their feelings and experiences, ultimately leading them toward healing and recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
