Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify patient needs, setting a foundation for personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others, tailored to the unique circumstances of clients.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, navigating various electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient documentation and billing.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to elevate the quality of care provided.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health diagnoses, available treatment options, and community resources for broader support, ensuring they feel empowered in their recovery journey.

• Stay abreast of the latest mental health research and advancements, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Manage a full caseload, ensuring that clients receive timely and ethical treatment, while adhering to professional standards outlined by your licensing board.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
