This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a professional outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs, accurately formulate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities tailored to the diverse and unique needs of clients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support for clients facing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, adhering to established ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure all aspects of client care are addressed, fostering a holistic approach to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
