Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering trusting and transparent relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, provide therapeutic support, and discuss treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential that is unrestricted and active.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and client management, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and other relevant case management software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Greatmind Seattle Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our Fee-for-Service model and guaranteed rates allow for immediate payment procedures without lengthy reimbursement wait times. Additional incentives include:
