Accounts Payable Specialist Immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist! Pay is $24-$27 per hour / 40 hours per week / 8am-5pm Mon-Fri in office Excellent work environment with great benefits! Position involves all AP functions including: Receiving, verifying and processing invoices for weekly check runs Tracking of all POs Completing vendor credit applications as needed Three way matching of invoices for payment Maintenance of W-9s, 1099s and COIs for Vendors ACH, Wire and credit card payments as needed Desired Experience/skills: High volume A/P processing (1000 invoices per month) Syteline Software 5 years Accounts payable experience in a manufacturing environment To apply for the AP / Accounts Payable position, please submit your resume in response to this ad or fill out an application on our website, impactstaffing.com.
