Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, identifying concerns, clinical diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans that address each individual’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate various forms of therapy including individual, group, and couples therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide clients towards achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring timely and effective responses to emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records, documenting assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic and well-coordinated care.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to empower informed decisions about care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, encompassing a variety of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
