Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Impact Innovator Behavioral Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing a broad range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting strategies to effectively meet diverse client needs.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic and integrated care for all clients.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation, complying with ethical standards and legal regulations in the counseling field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
