Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized video teletherapy sessions to support clients in their mental health journey, ensuring a confidential and safe environment.

• Act as a dedicated advocate for your clients, guiding them in defining and achieving their personal mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. These clients may be dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Your role will be critical in providing them with the necessary tools and strategies for managing their issues and enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy skills are mandatory for facilitating virtual sessions and maintaining documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
