This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities, skills, and limitations to develop individualized and effective treatment plans tailored to each person's needs.
• Employ specialized manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises utilizing cutting-edge methodologies and tools to enhance patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists, to create cohesive care plans that prioritize optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention strategies, therapeutic exercises, and necessary home exercise protocols to facilitate recovery.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment progress and respond to regulatory standards, which is vital for maintaining quality assurance and effective communication within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ideal candidate will interact primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic pain conditions. We emphasize a team-based approach to therapy, requiring the Physical Therapist to adapt treatment based on individual patient needs and goals while fostering strong, trusting relationships with each patient.

Qualifications

• A Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid and active New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient settings focused on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR for healthcare professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience working in a holistic practice or those with additional certifications in specialized manual therapy techniques will find themselves at an advantage. Background in orthopedics or sports rehabilitation is preferred, as is familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual compensation for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and 120,000, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
