This position allows you to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while collaborating closely with our team of health professionals. Despite the remote setting, you will remain an integral part of the outpatient office environment, engaging in daily interactions through virtual meetings and consistent communication with colleagues and supervisors. You will report directly to the Wellness Program Director and receive guidance from the Children & Family Services Director, ensuring you are aligned with the organizational goals and treatment methodologies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical counseling to clients through individual therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Engage in community development initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and expanding support systems.

• Document all services rendered in compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining accurate and confidential records.

• Foster a safe and trusting environment for clients during crisis interventions, utilizing crisis management techniques to stabilize situations.

• Work collaboratively with other health providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including referrals and multidisciplinary communication.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case management, receive feedback, and enhance professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a valid and active state license such as LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using basic computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software, is essential.

• Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check as part of our hiring process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value our team's contributions and offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
