Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at EcoMind, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and identify their needs. Developing tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals, integrating evidence-based practices to enhance their journey to mental well-being. Providing individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing solution-focused techniques to facilitate meaningful breakthroughs. Utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively to deliver virtual sessions, ensuring that clients receive uninterrupted support. Offering crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating sound judgment and clinical expertise. Engaging in ongoing professional development to remain at the forefront of mental health best practices and continuous improvements in service delivery. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele is diverse and dynamic, comprising individuals navigating a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications: A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport with clients and colleagues alike. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle varying caseloads effectively. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, the following experiences are valued: Previous experience in a community health clinic setting. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Compensation and Benefits We recognize the value of our therapists and offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
