Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized social work services to students presenting with symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments and creating tailored intervention strategies.

• Engage in collaboration with educational staff to identify at-risk students and provide prevention and intervention services that support both academic and emotional well-being.

• Implement integrated care plans, ensuring seamless coordination between families, school personnel, and other service providers.

• Crisis intervention to assist students experiencing immediate psychological distress or behavioral crises.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on a strengths-based approach that fosters resilience and coping skills.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and methodologies for screening and assessments, adhering to professional ethical guidelines.

• Keenly monitor client progress and service outcomes, regularly reviewing treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of school-age children and adolescents who may be facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.

• A valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
