Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, followed by the development of customized treatment plans that are aligned with the clients’ personal goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in interprofessional collaboration by working closely with other healthcare providers to create a thorough support system that enhances the overall treatment experience for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active state license/certification to practice as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW).

• At least two years of experience providing therapeutic support to individuals facing emotional and mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.

Preferred Experience\n
