Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of family dynamics and individual behavioral health issues.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that may involve both joint and individual meetings for couples and family members.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of concerns, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency

• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and communication difficulties

• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce
\n
• Blended family dynamics
\n
• Job-related stress

• Health issues impacting familial relationships

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as necessary to ensure a holistic approach to patient treatment.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay informed about advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
