Key Responsibilities\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health needs. Your role is crucial in guiding clients toward achieving their counseling goals through empathetic understanding and professional support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LPC) to practice independently. Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• No disciplinary actions or violations on your record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.

• Strong computer skills, with a reliable computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities.

• A stable internet connection that supports uninterrupted video sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth is a plus but not required, as we provide onboarding training and support.

• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, particularly solution-focused techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
