Key Responsibilities\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

St. Claire Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Counselors will operate under a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring timely payment ahead of collections and eliminating long wait times for reimbursement.
