Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and families to ensure a comprehensive support system for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is varied, encompassing individuals from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• An active Pennsylvania state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or equivalent credential is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing individual therapy in a clinical setting.

• A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines within the therapeutic process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
