Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to establish effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that therapy is relevant and impactful.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to address client issues effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to provide holistic care and ensure all aspects of a client’s health are attended to.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying informed about current trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
