Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your clinical training to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Engage with patients to create a supportive, therapeutic relationship that empowers them in their healing process.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy, to address a variety of psychosocial issues.

In this role, you will primarily serve patients in hospice care, many of whom are experiencing significant life transitions and emotional challenges. Qualifications\n
