Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, assessing and responding to immediate mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate records of client progress through our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system, including documenting sessions, treatment plans, and outcomes.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and maintain best practices.

• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness of mental health issues and equity in access to therapy services.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LMFT license to practice in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
