Center Field Counseling LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic outpatient mental health team. In this full-time remote position based in Compton, California, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys, addressing a wide range of mental health issues with empathy and professionalism.

This role is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to reach clients effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility for all clients, regardless of location.

• Perform thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to effectively address clients’ challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay updated on best practices.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to provide comprehensive, holistic care to clients, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, teens, adults, and families, each facing specific mental health challenges. Your expertise will guide them in overcoming obstacles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We emphasize a culturally responsive approach, tailoring therapy to meet the distinct needs of marginalized populations and those affected by systemic barriers.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health or related clinical settings.

• Strong commitment to ethical standards, culturally humble practices, and trauma-informed care principles.

• Proficient organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and utilize EHR systems for documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Additional certifications in specialties such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), or equivalent techniques.

• Bilingual fluency in English and another language is highly desirable.

• Experience working with youth or populations impacted by trauma or other marginalized experiences.

• Compensation is competitive, ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
