Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information regarding clients' psychological, social, and emotional well-being.

• Provide individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy utilizing proven evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and strategies, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators to create well-rounded support strategies for clients.

• Facilitate crisis interventions as needed, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client safety.

• Document client interactions meticulously while adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups tailored to students and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse student population exhibiting various mental health conditions and psychosocial difficulties. You'll work with young adults and children aged 5 to 18, catering to their unique developmental needs while collaborating closely with parents and educators to create an integrated support system.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is mandatory.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of New Jersey.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health or an outpatient setting, preferably with school-aged populations.

• Sound knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches, as well as a deep understanding of school-based mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending upon experience and qualifications, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
