Office Services Coordinator

Office Services Coordinator

Pay Rate: $25.00 Location: 777 Brickell Avenue, Miami Work Environment: Onsite position five days a week. Professional attire Monday - Thursday, Friday is jeans day. See comments for suppliers section for dress code. Parking is covered. Resource's typical working day: Ordering InstaCart, keeping office stocked and clear, greeting guests, paying invoices, reconciling expenses (credit cards), validating parking (within the first 10 mins), answering the phone. Business professional attire is required. Years of experience needed: 2+ Years of experience is required in a front facing professional role such as receptionist or administrative assistant. Level of education: H.S diploma. Systems/software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite experience is required, campaign logic or create an email campaign experience is preferred. Top 5 must have soft skills: communication, dependable, customer service, attention to detail, professional demeanor. Top 3 must have skills: associate or bachelor's degree, experience working front desk, very formal professional environment. Interview process: 1 round. Work equipment issued: laptop.
