Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous live video, addressing a variety of emotional and psychological disorders.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to create integrated treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches accordingly.

• Engage in regular consultation and support opportunities with the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering professional growth and enhancing therapeutic skills.

• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation is maintained using our therapist portal, streamlining your workflow and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, from mild anxiety to severe depressive disorders, including clients dealing with suicidal thoughts or intents. Qualifications\n

• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon or another state within the USA (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) is required; dual state licensure is highly advantageous.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
