Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic space.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full and unrestricted license to practice independently, such as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

Note: Candidates with limited or provisional licenses or those with a history of disciplinary actions will not be considered. Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a computer literate background are expected.

Preferred Experience\n

While any level of experience is welcome, ideally, applicants will have a background in telehealth counseling and a proven track record of effective patient outcomes. Familiarity with online therapy platforms is advantageous but not required; we provide comprehensive onboarding support to bring you up to speed quickly.
