Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients seeking therapy to identify needs, goals, and appropriate interventions.

• Provide individual therapy to clients through secure virtual platforms, ensuring a supportive and comfortable environment.

• Document clinical notes and progress in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a client population primarily composed of individuals facing end-of-life challenges and their families. As part of our hospice care team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with terminally ill patients, fostering therapeutic relationships that provide emotional support, grief counseling, and social resource navigation. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license to practice in the State of Nevada.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience, with a strong focus on therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Prior experience in hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with the LGBTQIA+ community and issues related to men's mental health is a plus.
