Work Environment\n

This role will primarily be performed remotely, offering you the flexibility to manage your work environment while adhering to established clinic protocols for telehealth services. You will engage with clients through secure video conferencing, utilizing digital tools for record-keeping and documentation. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health needs using standardized evaluation tools, and collaboratively develop comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with those needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices to optimize client outcomes.
\n
• Regularly evaluate clients’ progress towards their therapeutic goals through ongoing assessments, adapting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective progress.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support, including the creation of safety plans for clients in acute distress or facing emergencies, ensuring immediate access to necessary resources.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to ensure clients receive holistic care and appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and reflective of clients’ treatment journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and co-occurring disorders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients from various backgrounds, focusing on promoting resilience and teaching coping strategies necessary for ongoing mental health and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Candidates must have at least two years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
