Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize therapeutic modalities and interventions to deliver effective mental health services to individuals and families, addressing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct mental health assessments and create initial discharge plans, ensuring that each client’s unique situation is addressed thoroughly.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions in alignment with the treatment goals outlined in the patient’s personalized treatment plan.

• Develop and revise treatment plans according to patient assessments and coordinate additional services necessary for holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all therapy sessions in compliance with professional and facility standards.

• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and continuity of care for each assigned patient.

• Participate in regular treatment team meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
