Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient’s mental health status, strengths, and areas for development.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to suit individual patient needs.

• Collaboratively develop and maintain treatment plans, engaging both the patient and treatment team to align on achievable goals and preferred interventions.

• Guide patients and their families in understanding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and prescribed medications, fostering informed decision-making and therapeutic compliance.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe space for open communication and healing.
