Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while engaging with students and their families through virtual means. You'll work from your home office while employing telehealth strategies to connect with clients. The role involves a standard full-time schedule, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required to meet client demands. This flexibility enhances our capacity to provide uninterrupted support and care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs, considering their emotional, mental, and social factors through virtual sessions.

• Collaborate closely with students and their families to design personalized care plans that reflect their unique goals and preferences.

• Deliver counseling and emotional support to children and their families, aiding them through critical life transitions and challenges.

• Advocate for students' rights and facilitate access to community resources, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
