Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, uncover strengths, and identify necessary resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our diverse clientele.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation programs, and support groups aimed at enhancing coping strategies and knowledge among clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as required to protect the well-being of clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by an attractive sign-on bonus.
