Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and administrative records that comply with all regulatory and billing requirements, submitting encounter forms weekly.

• Participate actively in weekly clinical meetings, contributing to discussions aimed at integrating mental and primary health care, thereby enhancing overall patient outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based practices for the treatment of various mental health disorders, tailoring therapeutic interventions to the individual needs of patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving diverse and often underserved populations in Victorville and surrounding areas. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
