Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices suitable for diverse client backgrounds, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy to effectively address client concerns.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to create and implement holistic care plans that cater to the complex needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources, addressing various mental health disorders including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your therapeutic approach will help them navigate their challenges, promoting healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, ideally in a community health setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations related to psychological practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
