Accounts Payable Specialist

Description Wayne Tile is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and assist with ensuring accuracy in financial records. Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies Support and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures as needed Maintain and update financial records and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations Collaborate with other departments for financial data collection Requirements Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required 0–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships included) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred), double-entry bookkeeping, and general ledger Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (Epicor) is a plus High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data #J-18808-Ljbffr Wayne Tile
