Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to address prevalent mental health issues, cultivate resilience, and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care tailored to each patient’s unique background and circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support clients during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate access to the necessary resources and support.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n
