Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting diagnostic evaluations and providing short-term psychotherapy services through telehealth formats, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to individuals, families, and groups, including crisis intervention and skills training.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team—comprising psychologists, nurse practitioners, and physicians—to support comprehensive treatment planning and coordination of care.

• Documenting all therapy sessions meticulously and maintaining accurate records in our electronic health records system for compliance and quality assurance.

• Engaging in ongoing communication with social services, schools, and families, with the requisite permissions, to gather pertinent information that enhances treatment outcomes.

• Participating in clinical team meetings, as well as quality management initiatives, to continuously improve service delivery and clinical effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists primarily serve clients experiencing mental health challenges and dual disorders, including anxiety, depression, and substance use issues. We emphasize a family-centered approach, ensuring that our services extend beyond standard therapy to include family therapy, couples counseling, and intensive outpatient programs. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services, with a strong foundation in clinical practice.
