About the Role

I’m working with my client to hire a Business Development Executive to drive new business growth as an individual contributor . This is a consultative, full-cycle sales role focused on solution selling, and building long-term enterprise relationships. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close

• Lead consultative discovery to understand business challenges and priorities

• Position tailored solutions across sales incentives, employee engagement, and recognition technology

• Build trusted relationships with senior decision makers and influencers

• Deliver clear, compelling presentations and proposals

• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes

• Negotiate and close strategic B2B SaaS deals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales

• Strong background in consultative, solution-based selling

• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles

• Comfort engaging executives and cross-functional stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus uncapped, performance-based incentives

• Compensation -$180K-$200K+ residual commissions
