Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and individual needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and challenges, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, to address clients' specific needs.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring that clients receive immediate help during moments of distress.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational policies and standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care.

• Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health practices and therapies.

• Follow ethical guidelines and professional standards as set forth by licensing boards, assuring the integrity of the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Eden Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating various mental health issues. This could include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping strategies and achieve lasting improvements in their mental health.

Qualifications\n
