Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental and emotional well-being through interviews, assessments, and observations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, addressing a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions tailored to clients of all ages, ensuring the application of best practices in therapeutic methodologies.

• Facilitate engaging couples therapy sessions that aim to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Review and adjust treatment plans regularly to reflect clients' ongoing progress, needs, and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and current documentation of client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, adhering to all regulatory compliance standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients, promoting comprehensive support for mental health challenges.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in our clinic, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families from various socio-economic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
