Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with the needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ensuring effective intervention strategies.
• Document clinical session notes promptly and accurately, adhering to compliance and quality standards.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to foster therapeutic relationships, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications

• A master's level degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from a regionally accredited university.
• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, enabling you to provide clinical psychotherapy.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering effective therapy to adult patients.
• Strong proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based practices.

• A clean disciplinary record with no findings against your practice by any licensing body.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
