Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, adapting approaches to meet varying client needs and circumstances.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) standards, ensuring that all records reflect timely and relevant client information.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members and external healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate holistic care.

• Participate in regular clinical case consultations, staff meetings, and professional training sessions to further your development and contribute to team goals.

• Assist clients in navigating local community resources and advocacy systems to enhance their support networks and empower them during challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California, in good standing.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
