Harmony in Motion Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. This is a full-time, onsite position within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Perth Amboy, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including treatment responses and reevaluating goals, ensuring the highest level of care is maintained.
• Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and caregivers on effective use of assistive devices to promote independence in self-care and mobility.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Continuously update your knowledge and skills by attending educational workshops and professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse patient population, including pediatric and geriatric clients, individuals recovering from surgical procedures, and patients managing chronic pain or neuromuscular disorders. You will provide compassionate care tailored to each individual's needs, fostering an environment of trust and motivation.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using electronic health records and documenting patient care.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to varying patient needs in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, but new graduates with exemplary clinical rotations are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting or familiarity with assistive devices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
