The company is headquartered on a 10-acre campus in northern New Jersey.We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Staff Accountant/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team.ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable using various accounting softwareHandle accounts payable for multiple entities and vendorsAnalyze workflow processesEstablish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendorsProcess invoices due for paymentPerform other duties including account maintenance, record entries, and reconciliation.Who You AreStrong attention to detail and communication skills (verbal and written)A critical thinker with the skills and ability to solve complex problemsAnalytical, meticulous and detail orientedExcellent communicator who can drive adoption of new processes and proceduresRequirementsDegree in accounting, business administration or a related fieldExperience as an accounts payable manager or in a similar positionProficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing softwareExperience with Sage Software is a plusWhat We Offer:The EarthCam package includes excellent salaries, bonuses, benefits, and constant opportunities for development – designed to create an entrepreneurial, invigorating and satisfying environment.
