Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, providing individualized therapy sessions tailored to each person’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, concerns, and treatment goals.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans aimed at fostering client growth and stability.

• Engage in regular follow-up sessions to assess progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, while discussing discharge planning when appropriate.

• Document all client interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure comprehensive care continuity.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and address case-specific challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and support interdisciplinary approaches to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to those dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
