Job Description The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Assistant/Associate Professor of Family and Community Medicine (R0147983). Role of the Position The Department of Family and Community Medicine seeks dedicated and innovative full‑time clinical faculty at the Assistant/Associate level. The position offers an opportunity to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care while contributing to the education and development of future healthcare professionals in an academic setting. Minimum Qualifications M.D. or D.O. degree; certified by the American Board of Family Medicine or completing certification within two years of finishing residency; completed a Family Medicine Residency Program from an ACGME‑accredited institution. Eligible for an unrestricted Nevada medical, Nevada pharmacy, and DEA license; malpractice coverage; meet credentialing requirements and obtain privileges at University Medical Center (UMC) and other site locations prior to employment. Educational credentials, terminal degree, experience in an academic medical institution or equivalency, research and scholarly activity will be considered for rank. Tenure may be considered case‑by‑case.
