Job Description Position: Non Invasive Cardiology Assistant/Associate/Professor, Department of Internal Medicine, Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine, University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Role of the Position Full‑time faculty in non‑invasive cardiology at Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level. Responsibilities include outpatient patient care, supervision and interpretation of diagnostic studies, and supervision and teaching of cardiology fellows, internal medicine residents and medical students. The training programs are affiliated with the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada and offer a comprehensive mix of inpatient and ambulatory teaching experiences. Minimum Qualifications M.D. or D.O. with completed ACGME‑accredited Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship. Board certified or board eligible in Cardiology prior to start date. Must possess and maintain a Nevada State Board of Pharmacy license, DEA License, Nevada medical license, malpractice coverage meeting credentialing requirements, and ability to obtain privileges at UMC and other sites. Finalists may be subject to a background check.
